Five Most Anticipated for 2011

I'm participating in Persnickety Snark's FIVE Challenge for 2010. I skipped the Five Great Series and Five Great Re-reads posts these past couple of days because I didn't do enough series reading or re-reading this year to really contribute to the discussion.  Today bloggers are sharing their picks for Five Most Anticipated Titles for 2011. Here are my picks in order of release date:

XVI by Julia Karr (releases January  6, 2011)
The premise to this novel sounds so interesting. It's a 2011 debut, and I'm looking forward to reading it and hopefully attending the release party since it's here in Indiana.

Delirium by Lauren Oliver (releases February 1, 2011)
The premise to this one sounds interesting as well! Plus I've heard great things about the author, although I've yet to read her debut novel, Before I Fall. (Soon I will remedy this!)

Where She Went by  Gayle Forman (releases April 5, 2011)
Where She Went
This is the follow-up to If I Stay, a book I absolutely loved.

Bumped by Megan McCafferty (releases May 1, 2011)
I've read the entire Jessica Darling series, and I can't wait to see what this author does with her first YA book.

Lola and the Boy Next Door by Stephanie Perkins (releases September 19, 2010)
This is a companion novel to Anna and the French Kiss, which is a FABULOUS book! Go read it immediately! I'll be posting my glowing review very soon. :)

I added three of those to my own list. :) XVI & Bumped are also high on my wishlist though! Merry Christmas!! It's almost over for Australians, and I had a fairly good day. :)

Thanks for picking XVI as one of your five! And, I do hope you make the release party! Be sure to let me know it's you if you're there!
