Audiobook and eBook Bundles - Pay what you want!

I'm always on the lookout for cool new bookish things, and I was excited to learn about the Humble Audiobook Bundle! This deal looks really great - you choose what price you are willing to pay and how to allocate that money between authors, charities (Worldreader or the Electronic Frontier Foundation), and the site itself. You get 5 audiobooks to download, but if you pay more than the average ($5.92 at the moment), you get 3 additional titles. They are DRM-free MP3 files that will play on any device!

As an audiobook addict, I tend to get most of my audiobooks from the library since they are so expensive to purchase. This is a great deal, but it expires soon, so check it out if you're interested! Half of the audiobooks offered were already on my TBR list (Stolen, Abandon, Found, and A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius), and I've had a great experience listening to titles from Recorded Books in the past, so I will definitely be purchasing one of these bundles!

I was curious to see if there were any similar bundles being offered for eBooks, and I found a few: StoryBundle, BookBale, and Fiction Bundle. A couple of these deal periods are over, but you can sign up for the newsletter to be informed when the next bundle is available.

I think it's a nice way to support independent publishers and charities while getting some great deals on new reads. What do you think about audiobook and eBook bundles? Will you be giving them a try?
